Aerial fabric is more fluid and poetic – allowing for coils, controlled falls and highly organic figures. Aerial hooping (lyra) is more graphic and sculpted – it creates very sharp images and works particularly well in light scenography. Both disciplines have their own aesthetics and can be chosen to suit the desired ambience.
